Google, as our data processor, only processes the data to provide the chatbot functionality; Google does not store the chat conversations on its servers for its own purposes beyond the immediate processing required to operate the chatbot.
  • Legal Basis for Transfer: The data transfer to the USA is based on DPF: Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. This certification covers the specific data processing activities of this chatbot.
  • Data Processing Purposes: Your data will be processed for the following purposes:
